At 12 Hours Massage we take extra care in protecting our staff and customers
- We take temperature of all staff and customers immediately upon arrival
- We restrict massages around the face, mouth, eyes and ears
- We use 70% alcohol on pens, counter-tops, furnishings, door handles etc after customers come in contact with the surface

- We limit the front reception to two people inside at a time and require social distancing
- We require face mask for everyone in the building at all times.
- We have Rapid Response COVID 19 Test Kits to administer to staff even if there is a mild symptom of concern. Only 15 minutes for test results.
- We have frequent meetings with staff to remind and make sure that thorough cleaning occurs in between massages
